Why periodic maintenance?
A CV-ketel that is checked annually uses less gas and is safer to operate. During maintenance we check combustion, flue gas discharge, water pressure and the condition of critical parts. We fix small deviations immediately; we discuss larger issues clearly with you — so you are not unexpectedly without heating.
Klimaat 040 maintains combi and solo CV-ketels of all brands. We can often still maintain older CV-ketels as long as replacement is not yet the wiser choice. The indicative rate for a standard maintenance visit is €169. Have multiple CV-ketels or a complex installation? Request a tailored quote.

Read full answerDo you maintain older CV-ketels too?
Yes, as long as replacement is not yet the better choice. For CV-ketels older than about 12–15 years we sometimes advise replacement.
When is the best time to schedule?
Before heating season (autumn) is ideal — then you have a reliable CV-ketel in winter.
Do I get a maintenance report?
Yes. Afterwards you receive an overview of checks performed and any points to note.
